Valrhona Manjari is a 64% single origin dark chocolate and has proved to be one of Valrhona's most popular - thanks to it's rich, complex, fruity flavours - very typical of a quality Madagascan chocolate.

This popular chocolate is made from a fine blend of Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans from Madagascar.
