Jivara 40% milk chocolate, from famed French chocolatier Valrhona, is creamy and chocolatey - exactly what you expect a milk chocolate to be - but more.

Thanks to its 40% cocoa solids, this exceptional milk chocolate has a pronounced cocoa taste - that then reveals notes comforting notes of malt and vanilla all with a creamy backdrop.

Like many Valrhona chocolates, this was an innovative - the first high cocoa milk chocolates that delivered a real cocoa bite, and as such it broke down barriers of what a milk chocolate can be. Truly delectable.
