We love this bar! Locally made chocolate - hand-made in Melbourne by Atelier Chocolat - using single origin 65% dark chocolate from Venezuela which then has figs, fennel and almonds added.

The inclusion of figs, fennel and almonds creates a wonderful textural quality to this classic dark chocolate, with the subtle flavour of fennel carrying through perfectly.

Plus, each gorgeous packaging is hand drawn by Laetitia, the chocolate maker!
